CFP Plywood Core Guide PDF
HARDWOOD PLYWOOD:
- Most 4×8 panels are available in thicknesses of ¼”, ½” and ¾”. Our domestic plywood is manufactured by Columbia Forest Products using no-added formaldehyde glue and is CARB II compliant.
- We stock pre-finished panels in Maple and Birch.
- Beaded plywood, raw MDF panels, and Baltic Birch plywood are also available
Species offered as regular stock include Alder, Birch (Domestic & Import), Cherry, Hickory, Maple, Red Oak, Pine, Walnut, and White Oak.
Other species are available by special order.
LUMBER:
- Our 4/4” lumber is surfaced to 13/16” and straight-line ripped on one edge.
- Species offered include Alder, Ash, Basswood, Birch, Cherry, Hard Maple, Hickory, Knotty Pine, Poplar, Red Oak, Sapele, Soft Maple, Paint Grade Maple, Wormy Maple, Walnut and White Oak.
CROWN MOULDINGS:
- Crown Mouldings in a standard profile are available in 2-3/4”, 3-1/2”, and 4-1/2”.
- Shoe Mouldings – ½”x 3/4”, Quarter Round – ¾”, Base Cap 1-3/8”, End Cap.
EDGE BANDING:
- We offer pre-glued, fleeced, and sanded edge banding in 250’ rolls, 7/8” width, thickness of 0.5mm in the following species: Maple, Cherry, Red Oak, White Oak, Hickory, Walnut, Pine, White Birch, and Alder, as well as a pre-finished Maple option.
- Or purchase un-glued, fleeced, and sanded edge banding in 500’ rolls in the following species: Maple, Cherry, Red Oak, or pre-finished Maple.
PRE-FINISHED DRAWER SIDES:
- Available in Baltic Birch in 8’ lengths in sizes from 4”-10”.
CABINET HARDWARE:
- We carry FGV brand Hinges and Baseplates, Compact Face Frame Concealed Hinges, Drawer Slide Systems, screws & Misc. Functional Hardware Products.
ARCHITECTURAL WOOD CARVINGS:
